Dean Russell MP asks about protecting vulnerable residents from scammers

I asked the Leader of the House, Penny Maudent MP a question in the Chamber. I spoke to a constituent recently who was concerned about fraudsters knocking on doors looking like they were from commercial businesses. I asked how this could be addressed to help constituents feel safer when opening their door.
