Dean Russell raised the success of Watford's Inclusive Jobs Fair in the House of Commons as a shining example of inclusivity and warmly encouraged colleagues from across the House to promote similar events their own constituencies.
The Fair, hosted by West Herts College and Step2Skills, was aimed towards those with learning and physical disabilities, sensory needs, neurodiversity and mental health conditions.
It was a well attended event with more than 500 applicants and over 30 businesses involved.
Dean Russell said "Again I'd like to put on record my sincere thanks to all of the organisers, the employers and the attendees. I have previously raised support for jobseekers once they have secured an interview after meeting an employer at one of these fantastic fairs: https://fb.watch/iUAu56dT7e/"
