Local MP Dean Russell hosted a drop-in surgery at the Tudor Arms pub to give local residents the chance to raise any issues they have with him personally.
MPs hold surgeries in their constituency to give people an opportunity to meet them and discuss matters of concern, both local and parliamentary.
Dean said “As the town’s elected representative it is really important to me that I am accessible and visible in all parts of the constituency. It is my job to represent and support residents with any issues that they may have.
A wide range of matters were raised with me, both local and national. Such sessions are really helpful in giving me a more detailed understanding of what my constituents are most concerned about.
Thank you to everybody that took the time to chat, and I look forward to hosting similar sessions across Watford future. If you would like to book a slot, please do get in touch with my office. Similar drop-ins take place regularly across the constituency.”
