Andy Wiseman, Chief Inspector from the Watford Community Safety Partnership wrote to me recently to tell me about Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Steve Shaw returning to the constabulary.
Steve first joined the constabulary in 2000 as a jailer working in Watford custody. He then became one of the force's first ever PCSO's in 2003 and worked in Watford for nineteen years. After a brief time away from the organisation (working for the Watford BID), he is now back and will be working in Watford Town centre again.
Steve wasted no time in getting stuck-in again and on his first day back managed to spot four people who were wanted! They were then back before the courts promptly.
