On Sunday 5th September, Dean Russell attended a performance of The Bushey and District Jazz Band presented by the Watford Rotary at Cassiobury Park. It was a great afternoon of music by Watford’s very own jazz band to help the Watford Rotary to raise money for the great work that they do.
Watford Rotary is one of more than 34,000 clubs spread throughout the world as part of the international Rotary movement. The Rotary’s aim is to give everyone who would like to give back to their community the opportunity to do so by supporting a variety of worthwhile causes on a local, national or international level. It also provides people the opportunity to meet socially and make new friends.
Following the event, Dean Russell said: “I really enjoyed visiting Cassiobury Park on this lovely sunny afternoon. The Bushey and District Jazz Band were great and I was pleased that we could help the Watford Rotary to raise money to support the great work that they do in our town.”
