Dean Russell MP describes rail strikes as cruel

While Transport Secretary Grant Shapps was giving a statement to Parliament about the rail strikes, Dean intervened to say how cruel the timing of these strikes are when school children have already had to put up with two years of upheaval to their education. These strikes are affecting the ability of school children to get to their exams, forcing many to miss them entirely.
