Watford MP hosted a drop-in surgery at the Jamaica Blue café in the town centre to give local residents the opportunity to raise any questions or concerns directly with him. MPs hold surgeries in their constituency to give people an opportunity to meet them and discuss matters of concern, both local and parliamentary.
Dean said “As the town’s elected representative I think it is really important that I am accessible and visible in the constituency. It is my job to represent and support local residents with any issues that they may have.
A wide range of matters were raised with me, both local and national. Such sessions are really helpful in giving me a more detailed understanding of what my constituents are most concerned about.
Thank you to everybody that took the time to stop for a chat, and I look forward to hosting similar sessions across Watford in the near future. If you would like to book a slot please do get in touch.”
