The Dogs Trust has kindly shared this graphic and information with Dean regarding protecting your animals on Halloween.
As you may be aware, some dogs are not comfortable with crowds, strangers or are fearful of sudden and unexpected noises. This and other similar stimuli can cause them to react in unexpected ways, putting themselves and others in danger if they feel the desperate need to urgently remove themselves from an uncomfortable situation.
In addition, Halloween sweets meant for humans, such as chocolate, can be extremely toxic to dogs and cause illness, vomiting, even heart failure in extreme cases.
