Dean Russell was delighted to host the launch of the Health and Wellbeing event in Parliament alongside the Watford South Asian Community. The event marked the beginning of the One Vision partnership with Hertfordshire University and the NHS Federation Trust. This partnership is aimed at enhancing mental health services, particularly for the black and Asian community in Watford.
The launch was well attended and showed a real commitment to prioritising mental health and wellbeing. Dean expressed his gratitude to everyone involved, reinforcing the importance of such initiatives in building a healthier community.
The main focus of the event was the One Vision partnership, which aimed to develop mental health services for the Watford community, with a specific emphasis on addressing the challenges faced by the black and Asian population.
The guest speakers shared valuable examples and perspectives on mental health.
