Watford's MP invited all local Primary School children to submit an entry to his Christmas Card competition.
The winning design was created by Olivia who attends Lanchester Community Free School on the Hemsptead Road.
Dean Russell said "I received hundreds of pieces of fantastic artwork from many schools and I would like to thank every pupil that entered - picking the winner was not an easy task."
The card will be sent to local residents, schools, businesses, charities and organisations.
