Dean Russell MP speaks during Second Reading of Shark Fins Bill

The Shark Fins Bill, which would ban the import and export of shark fins, is being introduced as a Private Members Bill by Christina Rees MP. It had its Second Reading in the House of Commons last week. As part of the debate, Dean stood up to give his own thoughts on the bill.
